December Writing Prompt
I’ll get the (very small) Minutes up after this weekend but here is the Writing prompt
(Moon Mountain, Yangshuo, Guangxi, China)
World Building exercise:
Create a cultural quirk for one of your races. Do they always say a particular line before they eat? Do they scream at the top of their lungs before breakfast? What inexplicable thing does your culture do?
Bonus task: How did it start? Was it a bizarre habit of a past Ruler who made everyone do it so he wouldn’t feel so strange? Is it a shortened form of something else?
Line:
“You villain! What dastardly deeds are you planning? What horribly maleficent plots are young hatching within your insidious mind? Tell me, damn you!”
“Well…at the moment I’m making some tea.”
OR
“There is no way that should have worked”
As usual use as many or as few of these as you wish. Aim to get about 500 words for a decent attempt. If you want an extra hard bonus challenge, try to use all of them!
